The state guarantee all the people have rights to utilize water for their daily life, to ensure their healthy life, clean, and productive as well ass the constitution have been wrote down. Colo Irrigation System, hold the important role to more than 24.000 hectares of rice fields irrigation across six regions in Central Java and East Java Province.
